OK, I think I am going to crack open that bottle of bourbon you couldn’t fit in your luggage at Christmastime. This is too good to pass up……..if it really is as easy as you say. I will try it as soon as I get the kitchen back. You are incredible.

Nerdress, abort mission. You actually need a solid shaft to pierce the fragile barrier around a fresh puff, in order to inject your creamy filling into it’s cavity. A sandwich bag will just just blow its load all over the outside.

I’m going to make these today! Instead of a fancy piping bag though, I’ll just put the whipped cream into a sandwich bag and cut off a corner
